Robert did an excellent job replacing the motor in my AC. He was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly polite throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his expertise and the care he showed in making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs!
The best experience I have ever had, best employees and very competitive and reasonable prices. Tyler had my AC running smoothly. Mr. Jimmy who owns the business is humble and kind on the phone and talked to me early morning to help me diagnose my problem. Sent his employee Tyler out who was VERY professional and fixed my problems on my 9 year old Carrier heat pump. Definitely will be using them 2 times a year for seasonal service.
I've been pleasantly surprised by the Owner's, Jimmy Dietz, honesty, integrity, and taking time to speak with me on two occasions, last Winter. He helped me out on the phone with my HVAC system. Today, his technician, JW, replaced a capacitor, did some other Tune Up work on my system, & explained some important details to me, like the AC breaker wasn't even on !! Embarrassing. Absolutely by far the best experience I could have hoped for. Ran, Brandon and Clint were top notch. They were very efficient, professional courteous and most of all very knowledgeable in their field. I was told by Ray that he “treats his works as it was his own house.” Highly recommend for any and all HVAC needs.
