I am really impressed with Certified Electric. After having AC problems for over a year with another company, switched over to Certified Electric they wouldn't stop till they figured out the issue with our AC. They had our AC running great within no time! Matt and Justin were very professional and polite, and we're great to work with!
If I could give them 10 stars I would! I give them 100% for customer service and maintenance on our a/c & heating unit. We called this morning at 8:00 with no air-conditioning working, they were here immediately and fixed our problem. We have been customers since we purchased our home and I am so grateful for all the work they have done. I recommend their twice a year maintenance on air and heat and all the other services they offer. I am a very happy customer 😊
Certified Electric and their team of experts keep my business, The Pinball Palace ,cool as a cucumber ! From installing new units as needed to doing regular maintenance they answer the call and solve the problem fast. Latest issue the ac unit went out on a unit cooling the bounce house room and it was 85 degrees in there. They diagnosed it as a bad compressor and their two very friendly employees promised me if the part was in stock they would get it repaired for me. I have never seen this much unpredictable work in my life. Please read the fine print they didn't complete the work they broke water line they did try to fix it but it was leaking (don't want a high water bill). I felt they didn't care about the people that had to live here after. Please read the fine print. They don't want to be held accountable for the damage they cause.
