Called them because my heat would not blow out they sent Jason out on 2/2/2026 and he did a great job got it working was nice and friendly so if you use them be sure to ask for Jason Smith .
They are way too expensive they charged me 720.00 dollars to put a rubber seal washer in a 3/8 inch copper line and a 1/4 inch line and added two pounds of Freon to the unit took about an hour
They offer efficient, friendly, courteous service. Once we contacted Clarke-Air for service they sent an agent out the same day and he was able to tell us immediately what the problem was and just like that our unit was fixed.
Bro this company have poor communication first they don't come when told they would they finally got here didn't have a pump I let them use mines did 2 flares instead of four didn't use no leak detector didn't use spray bottle just did that and left after I told them all need to be flare all my refrigerant leak out because of this Ive reach out to pay them for sloppy unprofessional job and they didn't send me a invoice so if they do I want be paying now all this inconvenience because of unprofessionalism and not wanting to d... read more
