Had a bad TXV valve they wanted to replace the valve and put a new compressor In for $1100... Owens determined the compressor I already have is fine fixed the valve for less than 200 AC is running great..very disappointing cottongim
They charged my 83 year old aunt $140 to change batteries in her thermostat. I understand service call charges but $140 to change batteries.
