Tech came out for an emergency call. Got furnace up and running by replacing pressure sensor but left behind a large pile of rust that was falling into the unit from the exhaust duct. Unit malfunctioned again a few days later. They came out again and I paid them to replace exhaust ducts as well. Unit continued to malfunction and they were unable to resolve. I've been using Edwards for years since moving into our new home back in 2014. I consistently review my service contracts with them year after year. We had to replace our entire system this past summer, and any issues or questions we have had they are quick to address. One of their techs that was in the area (Scott) came out to address a drain line issue the same day I reported it to James. Great group of folks with excellent customer service.

I first contacted Edwards last year regarding an intermittent odor issue with my heat pump during heating season. They inspected the system and provided a clear written explanation about heat pump defrost cycles and aluminum evaporator coils. What I appreciate most is that their diagnosis has remained consistent over time. This company is hands down some of the nicest folks to deal with. I had a thermostat issue, and not only did they get someone out here first thing this morning, but the work was priced fairly and done right. My technician, Bryan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thermostat was replaced in minutes, and he took the extra time to look over my systems and give me some tips on how to get the best performance possible from my systems. Would recommend this company, and especially Bryan, to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Highly Recommend! I initially had a problem with my AC repair, but this company really stood behind their work. They offered me a refund and then came back out to actually fix the issue instead of just covering it up. Hayden, the tech, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and ensured everything was working properly. Shane took care of things on the front end with honesty and professionalism. I really appreciate the way they handled the whole situation—definitely a company that cares about their customers!
