This company is a joke. I mentioned the error code I was receiving prior to arriving at my house.When they arrived at my house, put an instrument on the ac unit, they didn’t find anything wrong. So they left my house within 20 minutes of arriving. As soon as they left, I called and told them the same error code showed again. He then told me they had other jobs and would not be able to return back to my house which was 10 minutes from initially leaving the house for the service call. This company came out to my home under American Home Shield and make an attempt to get me to buy a brand new unit. I refused because my unit is only 10 years old and was in need of repair. This company stole parts off my air condition unit and now want to charge me $300.00 for the part they removed and another $700.00 for Refrigerant for the unit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! These guys are awesome! Shane took his time to explain everything in detail in a way that I could understand. You don't find many companies that do that nowadays and that really means a lot. Shane went the extra mile to double check everything in detail to make sure my system was working correctly before he left. Scott and his team are amazing. I was worried I was going to have to replace our HVAC system after speaking with Casteel, and Scott came out and was able to fix our unit in minutes for a very affordable rate. I've used his team for repairs, maintenance and duct cleaning work - every time he is very responsive, fast, friendly, helpful, and reasonable. He does work for a number of folks in our neighborhood and everyone raves about him. I highly recommend his team!
We have been doing a several home improvement jobs over the last several months. So have become very use to dealing with contractors. Some do not show up and others you have to watch their every step to make sure the job is done correctly. Then there is Scott. We have used him three times after a recommendation from my brother.
