DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a service agreement with this company. Yet when we needed some real service the technician came out and told us the unit was "sweating" Changed the filter and left. We still had a leak that dripped down into our dining room. We decided to call a REAL company who came out and is working to fix the problem. The manager actually started to argue with me! I wanted my money back because they did nothing!! Stay away!!!
