We are grateful for the excellent service we've received from Heads. John M and Kyler D have been fantastic in caring for our AC units since their installation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach have made us feel like a part of their family. It's comforting to know we can rely on them for all our HVAC needs.
Currently, I am under Warranty with the Heating/ Cooling system that was offered with our "Adams", Home. The office services with Melissa, Meagan, Jenny, and, Tammy have been great when scheduling preventative maintenance services in both the Winter and Spring to uphold the WarrantiesTerms and Conditions. Words can't do justice for the marvelous job that was done when we received our new Carrier. Joe came so quickly the day before Christmas Eve and diagnosed our old Carrier that was well over 20 years. He explained what was wrong with the old unit and proceeded to fill us in on all the advantages of a new unit . He explained pricing, warranties, and special advantages to a new unit Financing was well explained and it gave us so many options to choose from. Head's Heating and Air is a great organization. They installed my heating and air unit when my home was built and have been very professional and easy to work with ever since. I had an issue just today with my air conditioner because on neglected to keep my drain clean. I got home and had no air so I called the office in Theodore and the dispatcher had Joe, the technician call me and we worked it out over the phone without him having to make a trip over here to fix what was pretty much a simple problem.
