Terrible customer service. Lady with a dog face at front desk acts like a real “B” What happened, called she answered said she was on computer can I call back in an hour. I show up walk in needing a thermistor. Her and the guy beside her neither make an effort to offer me service I have to start the conversation then rudely cut off by her saying we only do carrier parts before I even tell her what it’s for, followed by you have to have an account here to buy here, followed by her correcting me on how to pronounce thermistor.... read more
