Easily one of the worst supplier experiences I’ve had. The arrogance is unreal, as if they’re selling something revolutionary instead of basic products. The counter staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly couldn’t care less about customers. I’ll use any other supplier before dealing with this again. Save your time and go elsewhere.
Nick and the guys are always very helpful, friendly and responsive to any need we have with getting the parts we need. They take good care of us at Carrier.
I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at the birmingham location. I've never had a bad experience and the counter sales reps are extremely pleasant and helpful. Christian, Devon, Cason, and Nick are exemplary and indispensable fixtures, proving themselves to be the kingpins of success for the comapny.
It was my first time here in a few weeks and Nick was the absolute best ! If I could give more than 5 I would. He’s top notch for sure
