Not experience with the Forest Park branch is always good. Excellent service. The counter people are excellent, very knowledgeable about what's going on. It wasn't needed with systems, putting them together and so forth. Through the years counterperson, Thornton. Has been very instrumental and helpful, putting systems together. His knowledge of part numbers It's outstanding.
Mingledorffs Forest Park guys are always ready to get me prepared for what I ordered and/or what I need as soon I enter the establishment. This location has been very helpful regarding my projects and helpful to my fellow colleagues
Always a great experience every time I come up to get a part or equipment. The whole team is really great, especially Jacob , he always goes above and beyond.
If you need flared fittings, hoses, gaskets or anything else you might actually need… go ANYWHERE but this location bc they don’t have it.. not a solitary refrigerant hose gasket or useful fitting on site..
