I’ve been a customer here for years, but I’ve noticed a real difference since the new store manager Jessica took over. The knowledgeable counter team always greets me with a smile, and gets my order ready without long waits, service is more consistent, and everything seems more organized and professional. I would absolutely recommend them now, especially if you’ve had mixed experiences in the past.
Everyone at this store is always so friendly and helpful, especially Allan Jones, a rockstar! They’re super quick to get me the parts and equipment I need, whether I’m ordering online or in-store. Plus, Ashley always greets you with a hello and a smile every time. Everyone there is great and could list all their amazing qualities.
I've been doing business with mingledorffs for 15yrs now they have been awesome! Always friendly and helpful. One of the ONLY!! Supply houses and brands that actually have a technical support staff. And they actually answer the phone and call you back !! Allan Jones is fantastic! I work at Keith Air Conditioning and have to talk to him sometimes multiple times a day. He is consistently always helpful, nice, and finds me everything I'm looking for. I will purposefully wait for him specifially to helpful because he is so knowledgeable and always gets us what we need and quick! Great service from all of Mingledorff's always.
