RecommendedTHIS IS THE BEST HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY EVER. I HAVE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD AND DO NOT CALL THEM FOR THESE SERVICES; I ALWAYS CALL MITCHELL MECHANICAL. I HAVE VIP TREATMENT WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT TWICE A YEAR AND SERVICE MY HEATING AND AIR. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH AND THE COMPANY IS VERY FAIR IN PRICING. I HAVE REFERRED TWO PEOPLE TO THEM WHO WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH MITCHELL MECHANICAL.
RecommendedI have been with Mitchell mechanical about 9 years when I bought Lennox unit. They have serviced it two times a year. Every service tech has been very dedicated to making sure my machine runs smoothly. They are respectful, knowledgeable and well groomed. They let me know if there are any problems. So far, having a yearly maintenance agreement has been a relief! And, the maintenance agreement is worth every penny.
We are so pleased with your service plan. The technicians are always polite and efficient. It helps to know that our units are well monitored and serviced.

Had heating problems in January and they answered and came out within a couple of hours solved our problem so we were cozy and warm. They come out on time and give a call when they are on their way. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful.
