Our 21 year old unit has gone out twice for two different issues. I called Neese both times, two different techs and same result. Honest, transparent,prompt and affordable and back up and running very quickly. I’m 100% sold on Neese and will continue to use and recommend them. They are fantastic!

Great company, from the people in the office, to the guys doing the work! Our downstairs A/C unit stopped working, and while I told them it wasn't an emergency, they were able to get someone out to me the same day I called. When my suspicions were confirmed that the unit was toast (it was old and I knew I was on borrowed time), they were able to line up an install within the week. So during all this Covid-19 Social Distancing, my 12 year old water heater goes out. No stress! Just call Neese-Jones for honest, reliable, on time service. As requested, William Holtzendorf came through the basement door, installed and tested the new water heater with a few additional items at the original quoted price. I never even saw him! Thank you so much for making this process as easy as could be!!
