Dean’s responded promptly to my service call, and after a 2nd problem was uncovered, they stuck around the full day to get the job done and my HVAC back online. The service manager Joe helped ensure the parts were available and that the system was investigated fully, and followed up with me. I was happy with the support and response.

One call is all it takes to Dean Custom Air and Boom, a Tech calls you and tells you approximately when he will get there.... they find the problem, they tell you what needs to be done, like ordering parts, they do it, they call you when it's in and most likely be there the same day! Great Service, Great Techs! THANK YOU FOR FIXING US... YOU ARE THE BEST!

They put in my ac system with my new home. Alleged warranty for 5 years, but the cost to repair said system (that is only 3 years old), is triple the amount others charge. They put the system in terrible, it’s been broken since day one. Their on call people don’t have a time limit to call back, just whenever. Could be right away, but could be a week. I would never recommend this company, but it seems right that they work with Mungo.

It’s really classy of your driver to stop on 170 across the lanes of incoming traffic to make his left turn causing me to slam on my brakes with my four year old in the car. Then proceeds to FLIP ME OFF as if I’m in the wrong when I honked at him. I wouldn’t let this company drive my vehicle let alone work on my AC unit. Guess he forgot he was representing his company when he flipped me that bird.

We have a newly constructed home with HVAC provided by Deans. Our air conditioner has not been able to cool our one level, 1600 square foot home. Service has been out twice with no answers and promised that a supervisor would be out to see what might be the problem. That was a week ago. I’ve called back many times to find out when someone would be out, only to be told by the rudest receptionist that our issue has been transferred to another department and they will be in touch. I have a newly constructed home of 6 months. We came home recently and noticed that our home was not cooling. After trying several troubleshooting measures, we called the emergency phone number at 7pm. We were told by the customer service agent that we should expect a phone call by 10pm. 10:30pm no phone call and the house was still warm. We called the emergency phone number again and explained to the agent that we did not receive a phone call. Where do I start?? June 1 we arrived at 7 Shelter Cove Ln, Yacht Club Villas @ 3:00 pm. No air. 9:15 that evening a tech was here until 10 and said he didn’t have the part. Well it is Friday June 7, AND NO AIR!!This isn’t to say that the owner hasn’t been in contact either, oh he has!! I have called and spoken to Pam 3 Times and she always says” I will have the service manager call “. The customer service has been some of the worse I have experienced.
