I'm a new home owner and had my house for less than a year and my AC unit by Dean Custom Air has broken 7 times. Everytime auto cool activates, it does nothing and my house is like a furnace. The heat works in the colder months, but AC hasnt worked. Each time I call, a technician is sent out to fix the problem, only for it to break a couple days later for the same issue.
